is it possible to use alltel with the LG banter? it is so frustrating trying to find a free ring tone site for alltel that actually works or doesn't just send you a link, since i don't have web on my phone. if you know how, please tell me how to do it

Did alltel quit carrying the scoop and did the banter replace it?
I have the scoop and HATE it. Someone said if Alltel replaces it with the banter and I "lose" my phone, they will let me get the banter since I have insurance. Anyone know anything about it?
