AT&T Will get the BlackBerry Storm 2 9520, Verizon is getting the BB Storm 2 9550. Whats the difference? Are they the same phone just with difference number names? thanks

I have a blackberry storm 9550 unlocked for Tmobile. I have an internet plan and everytime i try to connect to the internet on the browser, it says "This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again."
