How do I turn off the vibrate for text messages on a Kyocera Loft?
I have the Kyocera Loft with Virgin Mobile, and I can't figure out how to turn off the vibrate when I receive a text message, I don't find it in the manual either. Any ideas? Thanks!
Which virgin mobile phone should I get? The Kyocera Loft or the LG Rumor2?

Ive had two kyocera from VM. Not the best phones and they broke quickly. I have a Rumor 2 and i love it. It really is a great phone and I love the keyboard.

I am planning on buying a new phone from virgin mobile and i'm trying to decide between the loft and the rumor 2. Any other information on either phones would also be appreciated.
you need the data plan for the rumor 2 or now they offer the everything plan for $25 a month. I love the Loft its the best. It feels like a blackberry
The Kyocera Loft review
Ok so I dropped my phone in the toilet last night and I had to go out and buy a replacement until my phone actually came back. Since all of my mobile phones are more pre-paid than anything else, it wasn’t hard for me to go out and just get another. I refuse to pay a bill on something that isn’t working at the time.
Ok so do have any complaints about this phone, I think that do. Don’t get me wrong the phone is a REPLACEMENT. But at the same time I bought it on the strength that I wanted it to be at least close to my last one. I needed something that I could use NOW!
The phone is nice looking. It’s a sleek black with a top panel that is actually has a nice size screen. The screen itself is colorful and easy to read. I like the lighting of it. And can adjust it if I please which is ok.

I owned the Virgin Mobile Kyocera X-TC before I purchased this phone. Although there was nothing wrong with the other phone that I had, I was interested in purchasing this phone for several reasons. First, it is one of the new phones that are available with the Virgin Mobile unlimited data and text messaging plans. The cell phone is very stylish and it reminds me of the Verizon Wireless smartphone that I used to own. I prefer the keyboard style and design of the Loft because I do a lot of text messaging.
When this phone was initially introduced, it retailed for over $70. I was able to purchase it online for slightly more than $50. Compared to the first phone that I owned, this one has several positives. I found that messaging with the qwerty keyboard was much easier although I wish that the buttons were a bit bigger. I also love that this phone has several applications included on it and there is also other applications available to be downloaded. Linking this phone to some of my favorite social networking websites was also fairly easy and the speed of the web browser on this phone is reasonably fast.

Answer:virgin mobile uses sprint's network. sprint is strong in areas where it's available but where it's not, it sucks. for me, it's available so i've never had a problem with it. works great. and it's by far the best value around. no other company will give u 300 mins, unlimited text, data and web for just $25 a month.
