@NZ2341 are you rooted, and did you grant the application superuser access? A quick way to check is to open up your app drawer and search for an app called ‘superuser’. If you have that, then you should be able to use ROM manager to flash ROMs and kernels. If you don’t have it, then you need to root your phone first.
